 Calcium Chloride, when dissolved and used as a liquid tire ballast, will provide a number of benefits. It will increase traction, drawbar pull, tire and tractor life, and will also help you conserve fuel. Your local implement or tire dealer will assist with tire hydraflation.
TETRA's 94 -97% calcium chloride products TETRA 94™ and EXPRESS® mini-pellets may also be used for tire weighting applications.
Recommended Product Applications:
- Use 3.5 lb of TETRA 94 or EXPRESS mini-pellets per gallon of water to give maximum freeze-point protection of - 50° F.
- Use 5 lbs of TETRA Flake per gallon of water to give maximum freeze-point protection of - 50° F.
